Model Information

The Jaguar XE D180 is a sedan characterized by sporty design and innovative technologies. With a powerful diesel engine and a focus on driving dynamics, the model offers a combination of performance and efficiency.

The latest XE series places special emphasis on comfort and modern infotainment systems that enhance the driving experience.

Variants of the Same Series

The Jaguar XE is primarily available as a sedan. There are no other variants such as convertible or wagon within this model range that could potentially cause confusion. However, the sedan is offered in various trim levels that provide different performance and comfort features.

The trunk opening is generously sized, making loading easier. Additionally, the rear seat can be folded down to create extra cargo space, increasing flexibility when transporting larger items.

Yearly Differences

Changes to the body and trunk dimensions of the Jaguar XE were mainly made in the 2015 and 2019 model years.

The first generation was introduced in 2015 and received a facelift in 2019, which among other things optimized the trunk’s dimensions and design. These changes slightly affected the overall trunk volume, while the basic structure remained intact.

Direct Competitors

In the same price range and size, the Jaguar XE D180 competes with models like the BMW 3 Series and the Mercedes-Benz C-Class.

The BMW 3 Series offers a trunk volume of about 17 cu ft, while the Mercedes-Benz C-Class has a volume of around 16.1 cu ft. Thus, the Jaguar XE ranks in the mid-range compared to these models in terms of trunk space.
