No frunk and no larger storage space under the loading floor; the loading floor storage compartment is only small (~0.4 cu ft) and there is another storage compartment on the left side.
Electrically operated tailgate with foot swipe, but the opening is relatively small typical for sedans, which limits loading bulky items.
Detail disadvantages: the tailgate lock protrudes, and the trunk interior lighting is poor with only one LED.

Practical consequences:

For family vacations or larger transports, the ET7 is only conditionally suitable — additional roof racks or trailers may be necessary.
The lack of folding seats means less flexibility for changing transport needs; long items are only possible via the pass-through.
The already tight trunk volume under the assumption of a fully loaded vehicle is noticeably reduced by charging cables and accessories.

General Model Information

Familiarity: The NIO ET7 is positioned as a large electric sedan and stands out due to its length and technical equipment.
